根據(jù)重大突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件一級(jí)響應(yīng)的要求，為有效防控新型冠狀病毒肺炎擴(kuò)散，科學(xué)、規(guī)范地做好新冠肺炎的防控應(yīng)急處置工作，切斷傳播途徑，減輕疫情危害，進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化公司復(fù)工復(fù)產(chǎn)疫情防控工作，細(xì)化深化《濟(jì)寧市工業(yè)企業(yè)新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控工作方案》（濟(jì)工信字〔2020〕4號(hào)）有關(guān)要求，結(jié)合我公司實(shí)際，山東神力索具有限公司制定了嚴(yán)格、周全的疫情防控工作方案，以保護(hù)神力家人的身心健康和生命健康，維持穩(wěn)定安全的生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)！

首先，2月2日，公司成立了公司級(jí)、分廠部室級(jí)兩級(jí)疫情防控工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組。同時(shí)，公司要求各分廠、部室根據(jù)本部門實(shí)際情況，成立相應(yīng)疫情防控工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組。并根據(jù)疫情防控要求，提前謀劃，統(tǒng)籌安排，協(xié)同聯(lián)動(dòng)，全力以赴，對(duì)所有神力家人負(fù)責(zé)，采取嚴(yán)格有效、周全到位的防范措施。
其次，2月6日，公司以普及疫情防控知識(shí)，完善疫情防控信息監(jiān)測(cè)報(bào)告網(wǎng)絡(luò)，建立快速反應(yīng)機(jī)制，預(yù)防和控制疫情在公司發(fā)生和蔓延為目標(biāo)，制定了《山東神力索具有限公司疫情防控工作方案》，建立健全了公司級(jí)疫情防控工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)組、疫情檢疫防控工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)組、疫情處置組、信息收集報(bào)送組、后勤保障組，進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化公司復(fù)工復(fù)產(chǎn)疫情防控工作，細(xì)化深化疫情防控措施。
第三、2月8日，公司捐贈(zèng)100萬(wàn)元定向疫情防治基金，并召開(kāi)復(fù)工疫情防控專題會(huì)，制定了復(fù)工復(fù)產(chǎn)的預(yù)案，并提前組織消毒防疫工作；同日，公司制定了《山東神力索具疫情防控管理制度》，明確防控措施，細(xì)化防控方法，多措并舉，確保疫情防控工作有章可循、有據(jù)可依，堅(jiān)決遏制新冠病毒的蔓延。
第四，2月10日，由總經(jīng)理杜大平親自帶隊(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)督消殺防疫工作，充分調(diào)動(dòng)全各級(jí)部門的力量，確保消殺防疫工作全面覆蓋、不留死角，為復(fù)工后人員的安全健康消除隱患。分廠及部室負(fù)責(zé)所管轄生產(chǎn)和辦公區(qū)域的消殺防疫工作，后勤部負(fù)責(zé)公司所有公共區(qū)域消殺防疫工作，分廠及部室負(fù)責(zé)人每天監(jiān)督并完成各自分管區(qū)域的早（7:30）、中（12:00）、晚（16:50）消殺三次的防疫工作，對(duì)廠區(qū)內(nèi)辦公大樓、生產(chǎn)車間、食堂、倉(cāng)庫(kù)、廠區(qū)道路等所有公共場(chǎng)所進(jìn)行消殺防疫工作，并做好相關(guān)記錄。
